ARCHITECTURAL CHANGE REQUEST PROCESS:
- This is the required procedure for requesting approval of repairs, alterations, replacement of windows, doors, garage doors, and decking.
- Homeowners must fill out an Architectural Change Request Form. (Link here)
- To complete and submit an architectural change request, please go to the Tidewater Property Management portal.
(2) Go to the navigation bar (on the left) and select 'Association Business' and then 'Architectural Control'
(3) Follow the instructions provided on that page.
- No work should commence until the request is approved.
